Simple recepies highlight the quality of ingredients: mains like Risotto all'amarone, vegetable suffles, the best locally sourced fish cooked on the grill and seasoned with San Vigilio's own extra virgin olive oil, and deserts like catalan cream and floating island are just some of the Chefs specialities. The restaurant at San Vigilio is the ideal place for special occasions: romantic candle lit dinners, work lunches and exceptional events can all be organised. During the summer months a Buffet lunch is served daily, between 12.30 and 14.00 in the garden of the hotel.
